The association’s purpose is to promote goodwill among and advocate on behalf of the citizens of the Potomac Woods, Falls Orchard, and Normandy Mill subdivisions. The $50 annual dues supports community events and helps promote neighborhood causes.
To become a member, please fill out the PWCA Renewal Form, enclose a check for $50 made out to “PWCA”, and mail to the following address (or drop off in the PWCA mailbox):

By becoming a member of PWCA, you will have access to the following benefits.
- Community Directory – Updated and distributed annually, PWCA’s community directory is a valuable resource that lists names, phone numbers, street addresses, and selected email addresses for the members residing in the 415 homes that make up our neighborhood. All households receive a copy. The directory is also available online – https://www.atozdirectories.com/home/login.php
- Community Events – PWCA sponsors seven community events for members each year such as the annual meeting, pizza bingo night, community garage sale, Labor Day picnic, Halloween party and parade, and more.
- Neighborhood Website – PWCA maintains a website to keep members informed of the latest community news, issues, events, and services.
- Beautification – PWCA maintains the Falls Road/Kersey Lane community entrance, planting flowers and creating seasonal displays.
- Involvement in Your Community – PWCA offers you a chance to get involved in your community and to get to know your fellow neighbors through all of our social activities and goodwill/charity efforts.
