The Potomac Woods Citizens Association (PWCA) was founded in 1964. The association’s purpose is to promote goodwill among and advocate on behalf of the citizens of the Potomac Woods, Falls Orchard, and Normandy Mill subdivisions. The $35 annual dues supports community events and helps promote neighborhood causes. PWCA board meetings are open to all interested association members.
