• Montgomery Square Neighborhood Social – June 14th

  Potomac Woods and Falls Orchard residents are invited to join our neighbors in Montgomery Square for an afternoon of fun, refreshments, and community connection.

  Old Canal Road & Old Canal Court

  Enjoy ice cream treats, fruit skewers, games for the children, and an opportunity to relax, catch up with neighbors, and meet new friends from across our growing community.

• Annual PWCA Community Labor Day Picnic – September 6th

  2026 PWCA Labor Day Community Picnic Sunday, September 6th, (3:00-7:00) Rain Date TBD.

  Celebrate Labor Day with your neighbors and join us for the PWCA Annual Community Labor Day Picnic—one of our community’s longest-standing and most beloved traditions!

  Bring your family, invite a neighbor, and enjoy an afternoon filled with great food, fun activities, and the chance to connect with friends old and new. We’ll be serving plenty of picnic favorites, including hot dogs, hamburgers, delicious side dishes, desserts, soft drinks, and more.

  There will be something for everyone, including:
  • 🎈 Moon Bounce
  • 🎯 Games and activities for children and adults
  • 🍔 Great food and great company

  Whether you are a long-time resident or new to the neighborhood, we hope you’ll come celebrate with us and help make this year’s picnic one to remember!

• Annual Halloween Home Decorating Contest – October 29th

  Show off your Halloween spirit by decorating your home, yard, or porch for our annual community decorating contest!

  Judging: Thursday, October 29th
  Time: 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

• Halloween Party in the Park – October 25th

  Mark your calendars for an afternoon of family-friendly Halloween fun!

  Sunday, October 25th,
  1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  at Potomac Woods Park.

  Join your neighbors for a festive community gathering filled with Halloween spirit, activities, and fun for children and families.

• Santa is Coming to Potomac Woods & Montgomery Square – December 12th

  Saturday, December 12

  Bundle up and join your neighbors as Santa Claus makes his annual trip through Potomac Woods and Montgomery Square! At several stops throughout the community, Santa will greet children (and the young at heart), spread holiday cheer, and hand out special treats.

  We’re also proud to support those in need this holiday season. Please consider bringing:

  • 🎁 A new, unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots campaign
  • 🥫 Non-perishable food items for Manna Food Center
